I had an eye infection and needed glasses since I couldn’t wear contacts for two weeks. They were super helpful and got me new glasses in under an hour!

Outstanding customer service and a wide selection of quality frames. Curtis is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to find the right frames for you to look your best. My new prescription lenses are so clear! This will be the only place I will go to for my future prescription glasses.

I’ve been coming to Indi Visual Eyes for several years to have my sunglasses repaired, and they always do an excellent job. The staff is consistently courteous, professional, and quick to help. Their service quality has kept me coming back whenever I’ve needed repairs. While I haven’t yet needed prescription eyeglasses, I know this will be the place I turn to for myself or my family when the time comes. Highly recommend!

I've worn glasses all my life. And the things you need most to protect are you eyes (and your teeth). So when it comes to my eyes, I go for the lightest lenses you can get in the lightest frames you can get. The lightest frames are Lindberg, and there's only a handful of stores that carry them... the first one I found was at Arden Mall, who stopped carrying them. The second place was Indi Visual Eyes. I used to support Natomas Optometry, but after a couple of bad prescriptions, I decided to use Kelvin Sue - who is the optometrist attached to this joint. When I'm done with my eye exam, I just walk over to Curtis. I've gotten 3 pairs of Lindbergs from Indi Visual Eyes and so long as Curtis is here, I'll keep getting them. He takes the time to walk you through the lens selection. After he get your prescription, he has you put on the glasses and dots your eyes in the right place. And then he goes and cuts the lenses. He's very approachable and we talk like old friends. Awesome product... check. Awesome service... check. Locally owned... check. What else do you need?

This is a family-owned store that produces glasses within the same day. Their prices are fantastic and the people there are kind and patient. I manage to break my glasses every year, so I've been to a lot of glasses places and this blows the rest out of the water.

Amazing!!! My mom was in town for the week and wanted to get 2 pairs of eyeglasses before she left. I wasn’t sure if it was possible but found Indi Visual Eyes through google. As a long time Silhouette (30+ years) wearer, I was very glad I found this shop. The owner and his son are very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. Only shop I know of in Sacramento area that cuts and mounts rimless glasses on site while you wait. Silhouettes are an expensive brand but they last a long time, yet Indi Visual Eyes has very reasonable prices. I’ll definitely buy there again. An added bonus they validate parking.

This place offers the best customer service imaginable. Their staff is so knowledgeable when it comes to insurance, the industry, their products, and they stop at nothing to find a great solution for you. The space is always so clean and tidy, not to mention it has great natural sunlight which always makes you feel good when you're in there. Highly recommend this place.

This family owned business has not only the best selection of quality frames cultivated through decades of experience in the industry, but also the best customer experience you could ask for. They make the time to answer all your questions, give you quality advice, and provide you with a range of options to meet your needs and your budget. I absolutely love my new frames and was also able to get multiple pairs of existing frames updated with my new prescription. The quality is exceptional and they went the extra step to ensure every frame was comfortably fitted for me. Kurt and his team are fantastic. My frames broke under normal use after about six months. They hooked me up with a loaner set of frames while I waited for replacements to come in, and it was covered under the warranty. Great service. I'll definitely be coming back.

Very nice store and nice staff. They’ve tightened and adjusted my glasses a couple times and I didn’t even get the glasses from them.

Wow, thank you so much for helping me out in my time of need. I was treated like a friend the moment I walked in. I arrived to Sacramento in the middle of a road trip and severely scratched my lenses the day before. Needless to say vision was imperative. I was leaving town the next day and they rushed an order and were very accommodating to my expedited need.
